Ørbæk bryggeri blev grundlagt i 1906 af familien Madsen i Ørbæk i vis ejerskab, det var i tre generationer. Bryggeriet blev bygget som et malt- og hvidtølsbryggeri i 1914. På Fyn blev bryggeriet specielt kendt for dets Stakitøl, som blev fremstillet af røgmalt fra bryggeriets eget malteri. Stakitøl var en overgæret, mørk øl, der havde en røget smag.
